About the Office of the
     Chapter 13 Trustee, NH


The office of the Chapter 13 Trustee is responsible for making recommendations to the Bankruptcy Judge to allow for the efficient administration of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases, and is responsible for assisting debtors in the performance of their Plans, except that the Chapter 13 Trustee is specifically prohibited by statute from giving legal advice to Debtors. Aside from that proscription, our office is happy to assist Debtors in any way to help them perform their plan and receive a fresh start.
